Mango Coleslaw…

  • 1, 16 oz bag shredded green cabbage and carrots (coleslaw mix)
  • 1 mango, peeled and shredded (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
  • Combine all ingredients.  (You can make this the night before serving and store in the refrigerator.)
